Nights spent creeping around strangers’ homes or dilapidated old buildings with flashlights and high-tech equipment seems more like the description of a burglary job or secret agent gig than something in which an average office worker would take part. And hours upon hours reviewing audio and video files for the end result of maybe two minutes’ worth of remotely solid evidence definitely doesn’t sound like a worthwhile endeavor to the majority of humanity.
But for a select few of us, the darkness and adrenaline, the chance at catching that one clip of irrefutable proof, and the hope of helping someone that few others are able to help is an absolute passion.
